Governance before claims
Separate designation
Zakaah, Sadaqah, Lillah and general donations are identified separately so donor intention is not blurred.

CFC is formalising independent scholarly oversight. No advisory-panel names or verification claims will be published until appointments and the policy are formally confirmed.
